HandyVan is operated by Bobby Walker in Brevard County, Florida. We use information you provide to respond to your inquiry and arrange requested services. Final prices, availability and bookings are confirmed by Bobby.

Information we receive

Inquiries may include your name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses, item descriptions, requested timing, photos, messages and contact permissions. We keep source and delivery records to handle your request, prevent duplicate replies and honor opt-outs. Please do not include payment-card details, government identifiers or other sensitive information in the form or chat.

Forms and the automated assistant

The existing quote form uses FormSubmit to email your request and photos to Bobby. Where enabled, the HandyVan automation also stores a copy of the submitted text fields in a protected owner inbox. Photo uploads remain with the original form; the automation does not automatically download attachments.

The website assistant identifies itself as Bobby’s automated or AI assistant. It can save answers as you continue, collect job details and help with approved business information. An inquiry is sent to Bobby when you explicitly submit it. Questions you explicitly ask the AI may be processed by OpenAI. Automated chat does not confirm a final quote or make a booking. The regular form remains available.

Communications and providers

We use hosting, FormSubmit, email services such as Resend, AI services such as OpenAI, and phone or messaging services such as Telnyx to operate the features you use. Providers receive the information needed for those functions. Our existing address autocomplete may use Google Maps services. We do not sell or rent your inquiries or pass them to independent businesses as paid leads.

Optional text permission

Providing a phone number or calling us does not by itself enroll you in automated texts. Website SMS permission is an optional, unchecked choice separate from requesting a quote. Consumer-initiated texts may receive relevant customer-service replies. Eligible missed-call texts require recorded permission. Text STOP to opt out or HELP for help; you can also call 321-471-9817.

We do not sell SMS opt-in information or share it with third parties for unrelated marketing, promotions or lead generation. Providers that help operate our messaging program may process your mobile number and consent status only to deliver that program. Your permission is not transferred to another business.

Reviews

After Bobby confirms actual job completion and records your permission, we may send an honest review invitation. We do not require a positive review, offer an incentive, or select recipients based on satisfaction.

Storage and your choices

We retain inquiry, service and permission records while needed to handle services, resolve issues and meet legitimate recordkeeping needs. Opt-out records are kept to prevent unwanted contact. Ask Bobby about access, corrections or deletion by calling 321-471-9817. Some records may need to remain for suppression, security or legal reasons.

The assistant may use browser session storage to resume the current conversation. Owner access uses a secure sign-in cookie; it is separate from customer chat. We use restricted storage and access controls, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
